Functional fitness training is a type of strength training that readies your body for a variety activities. These exercises equip you for many daily and athletic requirements that include lifting, loading, pushing, pulling, squatting and hauling. Our program includes many multi-joint movement patterns that involve your knees, hips, spine, elbows, wrists, and shoulders, which all build strength and improve your range of motion. During our functional fitness classes you will also work to increase your aerobic and anaerobic threshold.
