As the owner of Apex Performance, I live in Severna Park MD with my wife Gina and two children. I love our community and our goal is to provide an environment at Apex Performance where individuals can build themselves physically and mentally. Growing up, I was a multiple sport athlete playing lacrosse, ice hockey and also raced cars competitively. Later in life, I competed in triathlons and obstacle course races. I’ve also coached youth hockey for many years and currently coach for the Maryland Jr Black Bears. When presented with free time, you will find me traveling or enjoying the outdoors, surfing, skiing, mountain biking, boating or any activity that gets me in the woods or on the water. I believe that leveraging athletic training to include activities off a field or outside of a rink is important, something we encourage at Apex Performance.
