Bio
As the owner of Apex Performance, I understand the importance of community. I live in Severna Park with my wife, Gina, and two teenagers. Our community means the world to us, and that’s why our mission at Apex Performance is simple: to create a space where individuals can grow stronger, both physically and mentally.
My story is a blend of sports and adventure. Growing up, I was a multi-sport athlete, playing lacrosse and ice hockey while also racing cars competitively. As I grew older, I found myself drawn to new challenges like triathlons and obstacle course races. And today you’ll often find me on the sidelines coaching—nothing beats seeing kids find their passion for sports!
In my free time you will find me enjoying the outdoors – whether it’s catching waves while surfing, hitting the slopes on skis, or flying down the trails on my mountain bike.
I believe that leveraging athletic training to include activities off a field or outside of a rink is important, and is something we encourage and fully embrace at Apex Performance.
I’ve been part of the Baydog family for ages, and when the opportunity came to take over Apex Performance in 2023, I jumped at it. My goal? To make this place a hub for everyone in our community, where we can all push ourselves to be our best, together. I’m fully committed to making Apex Performance the ultimate destination in town, where everyone feels at ease and empowered to chase their goals, whatever they may be.
