Functional Fitness Classes

Our signature group classes blend strength, conditioning, and mobility into one powerful hour. Every workout scales to your level,  so day one feels just as rewarding as day 300. Classes available Monday–Saturday at multiple times.

Women's Small Group Training

A focused, supportive environment with small class sizes, intentional programming, and real accountability. Included in Unlimited, 2x/week, and 3x/week membership plans.

Teen, High School & College Athletic Training

Sport-specific strength, speed, and injury prevention for young athletes who want a competitive edge. Designed and led by Coach Tony. Packages from $150 (5 classes) to $360 (12-class summer block).

Strength & Agility for Softball Athletes

Explosive power, mobility, and sport-specific conditioning for softball players. Build the strength, and scouts notice. 8-class block from $240, 12-class block from $360.
